  23. One good place is from Borland.  They sell their PowerPak extender for 
  24. $100 (I think.)  It is well integrated with their IDE and debugger.

  26. Phar Lap and Tenberry (nee Rational Systems) both sell good 16 bit and 
  27. 32 bit extenders, and offer better support than Borland, at a higher 
  28. price.  You might also have to contend with paying royalties for these 
  29. extenders, but you need to check their specifics.
